Purchase and terms of classes

Our joining fee (£20) is applied to your first invoice. Once payment  is received you will receive our Welcome Pack via email and a Scane Dance T-shirt for your child!

Trial classes are currently free of charge. Trial classes are limited to one, although each student can trial more than one dance style.

If there is no space in the current class, you will be added to a waiting list. We will inform those on the waiting list as soon as a space becomes available to take a trial class.

After the trial, you or your child can take 7 days before the next lesson to decide if you would like to enrol as a student at Scane Dance. Please let us know either way via email. Fees for the remainder of the month and your joining fee will be invoiced to you by email if you decide to enrol.

We ask that all fees are paid by either bank transfer, standing order or cash. Cheques are not accepted, and we do not take card payments at this time.

Classes are paid monthly (on the 1st of every month). Late payments for class fees will incur a £2 late fee for each additional week they are unpaid, this is to ensure we can pay our teachers on time and all the running costs of the Dance School. We also ask that classes are paid for upfront to save your child's place in the class.

Any absences are at your discretion and will not be refunded. We highly recommend 100% attendance to gain the best out of the dance training we offer, through our pre-planned annual learning outcomes.

If you/ your child are to miss a class, please inform the school prior to the lesson via email scanedance@gmail.com or phone (call/text) 07906 230607.

Although nobody likes goodbyes, we accept not all dance styles are for everyone. Should you wish to cancel a class or leave Scane Dance you must inform the school before the 1st of the next new month by written confirmation via email: scanedance@gmail.com 

Please note that once an invoiced has been issued on the 1st it will still need to be paid in full.
