Dance, Learn and Grow
Established in 2021 by qualified dance teacher Grace Scane-Bloor, Scane Dance is a BBO, IDTA and Acrotrix certified dance school, based in the heart of Biddulph Town Centre at 63A High Street, Biddulph, ST8 6AD.
We provide high-quality dance training for children and young people aged 3–18 years, offering a welcoming, supportive environment where every dancer can learn, grow and have fun.
Following the BBO and IDTA syllabuses, our classes include Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Freestyle, Street, Acro, Cheerleading and Musical Theatre. Whether your child is taking their first steps into dance or looking to develop their skills further, we have classes to suit a wide range of ages, abilities and interests.
Our classes are taught by qualified and experienced teachers who are passionate about helping every dancer develop both their skills and confidence. All teachers hold an up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, alongside current Safeguarding and First Aid certificates, giving parents peace of mind that their child is learning in a safe and professional environment.
At Scane Dance, we believe dance should be fun, inspiring and accessible to everyone. We want every child who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, valued and encouraged to be themselves — while making friendships, discovering new passions and creating memories along the way.
From first steps to centre stage, there’s a place for every dancer at Scane Dance.
Where confidence grows, friendships flourish, and every dancer belongs.
